Senior Customer Success Manager - Fortune 500 clients - SaaS/API

One of the world's leading AdTech/ API companies would like to appoint a Senior CSM to manage a small portfolio of 6-7 large global clients.

As a CSM you will manage and develop a deep business relationship ensuring the smooth onboarding, management, and business goal setting of each client from post-sale.
The product is an API messaging platform - previous experience supporting a SaaS/API product is essential.

The Offer

  • An annual salary of £110-120K per year
  • Fully onsite role in state-of-the-art offices in central London
  • A 12-month contract which may be extended

What you need to succeed:

  • A solid background in enterprise SaaS/API customer success and/or technical and relationship management.
  • Proven effectiveness in managing an account portfolio of large, global, sophisticated, and strategic accounts at a senior level.
