Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Digital Experience

  • 12-month contract
  • £77K per year PAYE
  • Hybrid model, 3 days per week onsite in London

Job Description:

We're partnering with a global leader in digital experience technology to secure a Senior Customer Success Manager on a 12-month contract. The organisation operates at enterprise scale and expects someone who can engage at the highest levels, challenge customer thinking, and drive hard outcomes across adoption, retention and value realisation.

The remit is straightforward but demanding: steer complex, multi-regional enterprise customers through digital transformation, build senior-level relationships, and ensure they extract maximum value from their technology investment. You'll own post-sales strategy, manage risk, and act as a critical escalation point while collaborating with sales, marketing and solution consulting teams to maintain alignment and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through digital transformation with measurable objectives and KPIs
  • Drive product adoption and maximise ROI across a multi-solution portfolio
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships up to C-Suite level
  • Develop success plans that improve retention and mitigate risk
  • Manage critical issues with urgency and structure
  • Provide domain expertise and thought leadership internally and externally
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive customer strategy
  • Support hiring and onboarding within the wider customer success function

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong enterprise post-sales or consulting experience
  • Background in technology, SaaS, digital experience or creative solutions
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage global portfolios
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability
  • Demonstrable success in retention, customer satisfaction and value realisation
  • High resilience, commercial acumen and confidence operating in ambiguity
