Title: Sales Operations Manager
12 Month Contract | Hybrid (EC1 office base 50%/Home 50%)
Salary range: £55,000 - £60,000

Are you ready to drive results and insights in a newly established, dynamic Mid-Market Sales team? We're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to collaborate closely with senior sales leadership, making an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the weekly Outlook process, partnering closely with sales
- Establish and manage pipeline processes for enhanced visibility and hygiene
- Deliver regular insights and ad-hoc analyses
- Develop and map sales processes and SLAs
- Create SFDC dashboards for sales managers and provide training as needed
Additional Duties:
- Support forecasting and end-of-quarter processes
- Contribute to management meetings with valuable content and insights
- Assist in fiscal year planning leveraging market analytics
- Handle diverse analytical projects and represent Sales Operations internally and externally
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in Sales, Sales Support/Operations, ideally in a software/SaaS business.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and SalesForce.com
- Proven problem-solving skills and self-management in a virtual team environment
