Sales Operations Associate
£60,000 | 6-month contract | Hybrid (London - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
A global technology company at the forefront of digital platforms and online media is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the launch of new products across the EMEA region.
Working closely with commercial, product and cross-functional teams, this role sits within a high-performing sales organisation and focuses on driving operational efficiency, analysing performance data and supporting go-to-market programmes for new product launches.

What you'll be doing
Support operational programmes that drive sales effectiveness and business performance
Analyse commercial data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Help execute product and sales activation strategies for new launches in EMEA
Track performance metrics and surface insights to support decision-making
Support programme and project delivery across cross-functional teams
Identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency
Partner with stakeholders across sales, product and strategy teams
What we're looking for
Programme or project management experience within a commercial, sales operations or strategy function
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly
Logical, structured thinker who can break down complex problems
Experience working in fast-paced technology or digital environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous or evolving environments
Ideal background
Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Strategy roles
Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market programmes
Exposure to digital platforms, media, technology or SaaS businesses
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational improvement
