Advertising Operations Analyst - Social Media
Our client is a world renowned tech giant that leads the way in AR/VR experiences and social media networking and they have an immediate requirement for a Advertising Operations Analyst to manage test campaigns for advertisers.
The offer:
- Fully Remote in London
- Contract until the end of December - then renewed until full tenure of a possible 24 months
- Salary up to £53k inside IR35 PAYE
The role
- Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of test campaigns to ensure overall program quality and consistency
- Triage incoming requests, utilizing technology, superior customer service and judgement
- Own testing operational execution in coordination with internal teams supporting workflows such as, campaign QA and performance tracking across multiple projects
What you need to succeed
- Skills 2+ years experience directly managing Facebook paid advertising campaigns and thorough understanding of major success metrics
- 2+ years experience managing client - facing communication concerning Facebook Ads Manager/ campaign set-up per internal direction
- Experience in working on research studies (A/B tests, surveys, interviews) Ability to remain cool under pressure and effectively multi-task maintaining an exceptional level of quality
