Title: SaaS Support Engineer (Web / UI Troubleshooting, JavaScript)
A high-impact support role for someone who enjoys untangling complex web/UI issues in a modern SaaS platform. You'll be the person customers trust when the "weird stuff" happens - and you'll actually get the time/tools to find the root cause.

What you'll be doing
- Owning customer incidents end-to-end (tickets + calls)
- Troubleshooting web/UI issues using browser dev tools, logs and code debugging
- Working with REST/SOAP integrations from a support perspective
- Writing small scripts (ideally JavaScript) to automate repeatable checks and speed up triage
- Creating clear internal notes / knowledge articles
What we need / experience:
- 3-4+ years in customer-facing SaaS / software / enterprise support
- JavaScript - preferred or other scripting - Python/Shell/Perl
- Web application troubleshooting experience - CSS/JS, modern front-end concepts
- Strong communication and structured problem-solving
