Recruiter - Client Delivery (Dublin | Hybrid)

We're adding a Recruiter to our team at Principle HR, based in Dublin, to support a portfolio of long-standing clients across Ireland and the UK - including some of the world's best-known Media and Tech brands.

This isn't a sales-heavy role. You won't be cold calling or chasing targets. Your focus will be 100% delivery: managing live roles across Office, Marketing, Ops, Tech and Support, and giving clients and candidates a genuinely positive experience.

If you enjoy the pace of recruitment, can juggle a varied workload, and stay steady when the day moves fast - you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

* Managing end-to-end recruitment for established accounts
* Prioritising a busy, mixed pipeline with confidence
* Building strong relationships with clients who value honesty and consistency
* Creating a smooth, respectful experience for every candidate
