Principle on behalf of our client an exciting Bio Manufacturing company are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join their new start of the art Cork Facility
Working as a core and senior member of this dynamic and motivated Bio Quality Manufacturing in the development , manufacturing and sales for the Food & Pharma industries . You will be responsible for the Quality Assurance & Quality Control System management in a highly process driven environment
The focus of this role will be on applying best practice and principles to the QA function
The Role
- Ensure QC Systems are in place to assure compliance
- Manage a process driven environment efficiently & effectively
- Manage cross functional relationships
- Technical guidance and expertise
- Work within regulatory guidelines & Implement processes such as , (not limited)
- ISO 9001:2015
- Haccp
- Ssc22000
- Halal
- Kosher certification
- Drive continuous improvement
- Develop QC measures
You should have
- Degree in Food Science / Quality Management
- Prior experience in a QA Manager capacity
- Experience in production & Sales management
- Strong knowledge of regulatory processes
- FSC 22000
- HACCP
- ISO
- Proven background in process driven environments
- Good understanding of manufacturing environments
