- Annual Salary range £110,000 - £125,000 doe
- 12-month contract, potential to extension - inside IR35 - PAYE - Paid weekly via Principle HR

What you'll be doing
- Owning go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of monetised products
- Representing European market needs to product and engineering teams
- Translating advertiser needs into clear commercial recommendations
- Driving alignment across regional, vertical, and cross-functional teams
- Supporting market expansion across Europe, with a strong eye on privacy and regulatory nuance
- Enabling sales and partnerships teams with clear messaging and positioning
What we're looking for
- 8-10+ years' experience in product or commercial marketing roles
- Background in large tech platforms, FMCG, or highly regulated environments
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset (not campaign-led)
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and revenue teams
- Confident communicator who can operate independently from day one
- European market exposure is essential
Nice to have
- Data-led decision making
- MBA or equivalent academic background

- Not a junior PMM stepping up
