People Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Dublin City Centre | Hybrid working | Salary €50,000

Our client is leading global technology company and we are partnering with them to recruit a People Operations Specialist to support its global workforce during key moments in the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who enjoys pace, structure, and making HR processes work properly - not just talking about them.

You'll sit at the heart of Global People Operations, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, managers and employees to deliver a seamless, high-quality HR service across EMEA and beyond.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a People Ops partner to Talent Acquisition, supporting recruiters across the full hiring lifecycle (interview scheduling, coordination, offers, contracts and TA process support)
  • Managing Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR cases across multiple regions, ensuring SLAs are met and employee experience remains front and centre
  • Executing global People Operations processes aligned to People Products, including:
    • Offer letters and contracts
    • Employee data changes
    • Policy and programme guidance
    • Learning platform support
    • Live Agent / employee portal support
  • Maintaining excellent data integrity across HR systems, completing audits and validations where required
  • Using sound judgement to escalate issues early, preventing SLA breaches and service risk
  • Supporting projects and UAT testing for new tools or process changes
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs and response templates to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Spotting process gaps and feeding back improvement opportunities to Team Leads and Managers

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years' experience in HR Operations, People Ops or a centralised HR support environment
  • Proven experience supporting EMEA HR operations (this is important)
  • Strong exposure to HR systems, tools and case management platforms
  • Experience working closely with Centres of Excellence, particularly Talent Acquisition
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global, high-volume environment
  • Naturally organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
  • Confident prioritising work across time zones without over-promising

Why this role?

  • Join a high-performing global People Operations team
  • Work with one of the world's most respected enterprise technology companies
  • Gain exposure to best-in-class HR service delivery models
  • Ideal contract for someone who enjoys operations, structure and impact
