What you'll be doing

  • Managing and resolving Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR cases across EMEA and global populations, ensuring SLA adherence

    • Offer letters and contracts
    • Employee data changes
    • Policy and programme guidance
    • Learning platform support
    • Live Agent / employee portal support
  • Escalating complex or time-sensitive cases using sound judgement and operational insight

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years' experience in HR Operations, People Services or a centralised HR support function
  • Must have fluent Arabic
  • Proven experience supporting EMEA employee populations
  • Strong exposure to HR systems, case management tools and employee portals
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed organisations (tech or large multinationals preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • High emotional intelligence with confident, professional stakeholder communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, time zones and changing demands calmly and effectively
  • A proactive mindset - spotting issues before they escalate and improving how things work
  • Comfortable working independently, while collaborating closely with wider HR teams

Why this role?

  • Long-term contract within a well-established global tech environment
  • Exposure to mature, scaled HR operations and best-practice people processes
  • Hybrid working model in a central Dublin office
  • Strong opportunity to deepen experience in global People Operations
