As the Program Manager for Partner Marketing, you will be the “voice of the program” for internal and external stakeholders. You may already be working in a Saas org as a partner manager, partner marketing, or sales role in a program enablement/advocacy, partner development, and enablement role and looking to take the next step in your career, if this is the case then read on!


The Offer:

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Starting salary of £130k to £140k for the right candidate.
  • Hybrid position with beautiful offices in Central London.
  • This role will commence initially as a 6m fixed term contract but may go on longer

Day to day:

  • You will be supporting internal and external Partner Program awareness and understanding. You will be creating/updating program presentations and messaging for internal and external stakeholders and reporting back on KPI and telling a story through data on how to improve partners' experience thus maximising revenue potential.
  • This is a cross-functional role and you will be building internal awareness and understanding with partner management, field teams, technical teams, partner operations, and enablement teams to ensure program adoption and understanding
  • You will also be collecting internal and external teams' feedback for program enhancements and capabilities and feeding this info to the Program Owners.


What you need to succeed:

  • 6 to 7+ years' of experience working in a partner organization, partner manager, partner marketing, sales role in a program enablement/advocacy, partner development or enablement role.
  • This role is working across EMEA Partners and Teams so ideally you will be currently in a position that gives you this EMEA exposure.
  • Experience in working with partner ecosystems, including internal partner management, sales, technical and marketing teams
  • Ideally, you will understand the SaaS landscape and most likely with be working for another SaaS org in a Project Manager / Project Delivery / Partner Project Manager / Partner Manager position.
