Salary: €52,026 per annum

Working as part of a forward-thinking HR & OD team, you'll play a key role in keeping core OD programmes running smoothly while the wider team delivers major strategic initiatives across values, leadership, learning systems, and capability frameworks. What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on OD role, you will support the delivery of key HR & OD activities including:
Employee engagement programmes
Learning & Development activity (including support to the Learning Academy)
Annual performance management processes
Tuition aid administration
HR communications
Mentorship programme coordination
Graduate programme management
Reviewing and developing HR/OD policies and procedures
Supporting recruitment and selection activities, including candidate and staff feedback
Preparing and presenting HR briefs and documents to senior internal stakeholders (up to Board level)
Ensuring organisational values and culture remain central to all OD activity
This role requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work across a busy HR/OD agenda.

What You'll Need
A Level 8 (or higher) qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field
Up-to-date knowledge in areas such as change management, organisational culture, L&D, management development or talent management
Strong judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full driving licence
Flexibility to undertake occasional domestic or international travel
