Marketing Content Operations Manager

A global technology company is hiring a Marketing Content Operations Manager to support the delivery of large-scale marketing content programmes across Europe.

This role sits within the Brand Operations function and plays a central role in managing the production and delivery of marketing assets across multiple teams including marketing, creative studio, media and agency partners.

You will own the end-to-end content production lifecycle, ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to final asset delivery while maintaining strong operational governance and clear stakeholder communication.

This position is ideal for someone who has managed complex marketing production pipelines and thrives in a fast-moving global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end marketing content production process across regional campaigns

  • Coordinate project intake, briefing, planning and asset delivery across internal and external teams

  • Partner closely with marketing, creative studio, media teams and production agencies

  • Ensure timelines, approvals and delivery milestones are met across multiple concurrent projects

  • Provide structured updates and reporting to stakeholders on project progress

  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Drive improvements in production workflows and operational processes

  • Manage projects within enterprise project management tools including Workfront

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing marketing or creative production projects

  • Strong programme or project management background within a fast-paced organisation

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative and agency teams

  • Strong operational mindset with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in global technology or creative environments is advantageous

  • Design or creative production experience is beneficial
