Interview Coordinator / TA Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Dublin | Hybrid (2 days onsite, scaling to 3 during peak periods)
A global enterprise technology organisation is hiring an Interview Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support high-volume hiring across international teams.
This is a hands-on TA operations role, focused on interview scheduling, candidate coordination and offer support. If you like structure, pace and keeping recruitment processes running smoothly, this will suit you.
What you'll be doing
Owning end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Managing candidates through interview stages through to offer coordination
Supporting recruiters as your primary internal partners
Handling 25-30 TA coordination tasks per day in a fast-moving environment
Maintaining accurate data across ATS and recruitment systems
Flagging process gaps and suggesting improvements where things don't scale
What we're looking for
2-4 years' experience in interview coordination, recruitment ops or TA support
Proven experience in a high-volume hiring environment
Strong organisation, attention to detail and system confidence (ATS/scheduling tools)
Calm, reliable and realistic - you deliver without over-promising
