Head of HR - EMEA

We're partnering with a leading global business in the premium food & beverage sector to hire a Head of HR for its EMEA organisation.
This is a hands-on, operational Head of HR role - ideal for someone stepping up from a Senior HR Manager role or an existing Head of HR who still enjoys being close to the detail.
With c.200 employees across multiple EMEA entities this role suits someone who has experience in HR operations across countries.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the full HR agenda across EMEA
- Leading a small HR team with direct reports
- Running strong, compliant HR operations and people processes
- Managing employee relations with confidence and pragmatism
- Ensuring consistency across markets while respecting local legislation
- Partnering closely with senior leaders and country managers
- Improving and maturing HR policies, processes and governance
This role includes projects - but the core requirement is clear:
a strong, operational HR leader who can run the function day to day.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in HR operations / people operations
- Background in a multinational, EMEA-wide environment
- Comfortable working across multiple employment law jurisdictions
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods or similar preferred
- Confident managing stakeholders and leading a small team
- Practical, commercially minded and solutions-focused
