You'll own the global employee advocacy strategy for a major enterprise tech brand - driving engagement, creativity, and consistency across regions.
- Partnering with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams, you'll manage advocacy tools (like EveryoneSocial), deliver global campaigns, and turn insights into measurable impact.
- Your work will connect teams across EMEA, the Americas, and APJ - making social media genuinely social, not just corporate.
What you'll bring
- 6-8 years' experience in social media marketing, ideally within B2B tech or enterprise software
- Proven success leading employee advocacy or community programmes at scale
- Strong knowledge of social tools, analytics, and advocacy platforms (EveryoneSocial a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
