We're hiring a Finance Associate to support financial operations across a diverse, international organisation. This role offers the perfect first step for a finance professional eager to gain exposure to global accounting processes, stakeholder collaboration, and financial systems - all within a supportive environment that values learning and career growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage and reconcile overseas bank and petty cash accounts, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.
  • Support training for international office staff on finance processes and reporting.
  • Assist in debtor management, ad-hoc invoicing, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate across finance and administrative teams to maintain strong controls and meet audit standards.
  • Get involved in projects that improve financial reporting, process efficiency, and controls.

What we're looking for

  • A finance or business-related degree (Level 7 or higher).
  • 1-2 years' finance experience - or a graduate ready to take the next step.
  • Currently pursuing, or planning to pursue, an Accounting Technician, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency with Excel and financial systems, plus an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Why apply?

  • Permanent role with structured salary progression - starting at €31,535, with annual increments of €2,118 and excellent benefits.
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 from home (with initial full-time office training).
  • A development pathway designed to help you progress your finance career within 18-24 months.
  • Be part of an organisation with a national impact, known for professionalism, inclusion, and continuous development.

If you're ambitious, curious, and ready to grow, this is your chance to build a meaningful finance career while contributing to Ireland's success story.
