We're hiring a Finance Associate to support financial operations across a diverse, international organisation. What you'll do
- Manage and reconcile overseas bank and petty cash accounts, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.
- Support training for international office staff on finance processes and reporting.
- Assist in debtor management, ad-hoc invoicing, and monthly reconciliations.
- Collaborate across finance and administrative teams to maintain strong controls and meet audit standards.
- Get involved in projects that improve financial reporting, process efficiency, and controls.
What we're looking for
- A finance or business-related degree (Level 7 or higher).
- 1-2 years' finance experience - or a graduate ready to take the next step.
- Currently pursuing, or planning to pursue, an Accounting Technician, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency with Excel and financial systems, plus an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
