A leading multinational technology company are seeking a finance or accounting administrator person to work on their growing Finance, Risk and Compliance EMEA team.
Responsibilities
- create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- administer procurement accounting matters
- maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
- keep records of invoices and tax payments
- liaison with outsourced providers
- suggest and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, like Oracle
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts, doing lookups and using financial Excel functions)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Project mgt experience
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics an advantage
