Field Sales & Community Acquisition Specialist - London

- Location: Remote, but there will be field based work in London. Candidates must be London based.
A high-growth consumer services platform is scaling its premium in-home offerings across London. We are recruiting a Field Sales & Community Acquisition Specialist to drive local supply growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding service providers across the city.
This role requires a self-starter with a strong sales pedigree, confident in face-to-face conversations, and commercially sharp enough to convert community interactions into pipeline. The remit is straightforward: generate leads, pitch effectively, and bring new service partners into the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential service providers through cold outreach, community engagement, networking, and field activity.
- Deliver structured, persuasive in-person pitches that drive partner sign-ups.
- Manage the early-stage onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition.
- Capture and communicate market insights to refine acquisition strategy and optimise supply growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, partnerships, or community-driven acquisition.
- Proven ability to initiate conversations, cold call, and prospect independently.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to represent the brand in the field.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Deep familiarity with London communities and local service providers.
- Experience engaging small business owners, independents, or gig-economy operators is advantageous.
