Executive Assistant - Leadership Team

Location: Shoreditch, London (EC1) - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Contract: 12 months

Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum

The Role

This is a pivotal EA role, providing first-class support to senior leaders within the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering seamless administration and coordination, ensuring that executives are supported to operate at maximum effectiveness. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary and calendar management, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organising international and domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and visas.
  • Coordinating and preparing leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and acting as the first point of contact for senior leaders.
  • Handling purchase order requisitions, vendor set-up, and sponsorship requests.
  • Planning and supporting off-site events, workshops, and team meetings.
  • Screening and prioritising incoming requests with sound judgement.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant 3+ Years, ideally within a global technology, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent judgement in handling complex assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
