Events Program Manager - Big Tech
- Location: Hybrid London 2-3 days per week
- Salary: £89k-£99k per year
- Contract length: 12 months potential to extend to 2 years or go permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented, cross-functional Event Program Manager to lead and support the execution of world-class product activations, demos, and experiential events. This role is part of a dynamic team focused on bringing cutting-edge hardware and software to life through immersive storytelling and hands-on engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale product demos and consumer-facing experiences
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and engineering teams
- Manage event production logistics including staffing, vendors, and onsite support
- Track success metrics and produce post-event reporting
- Support global programs including activations across EMEA
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in event production, agency, or tech experiential roles
- Strong communicator with a track record presenting to executives
- Hands-on experience managing vendors, logistics, and budgets
- Knowledge of VR/AR or emerging tech products
