As an Event Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in executing high-impact conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations that engage customers and strengthen international market presence.
You'll join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless delivery, and aligning each experience with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning, logistics, and on-site delivery for European events.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and external agencies to deliver engaging experiences.
- Oversee budgets, production schedules, and post-event reporting.
- Translate business objectives into effective event strategies and experiences.
- Support the execution of regional event programmes that drive attendance and brand growth.
Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years' experience in event operations, event marketing, or project management within tech or creative industries.
- Proven success managing large-scale conferences or exhibitions.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Express or Workfront
