Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for ethics and compliance matters, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English. You'll need to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced business environment. Plus, you should be able to understand and assess risks across various business areas and build relationships with stakeholders.
The Offer to you:
- Salary of £80k
- 25 days annual leave

What you will do in your new role:
You'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of ethics and compliance initiatives, reviewing high-risk transactions requiring escalated compliance review, and monitoring business activity in Europe. As a subject matter expert, you'll also support targeted risk assessment processes and analyze compliance approval requests.
What I am looking for from you:
- Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of industry or consulting experience in ethics and compliance or risk mitigation in a multinational company, you will also have used some form of a ticketing system or something along those lines for internal queries.
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to triage and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in another language would be a huge plus but is not essential.... its basically a "nice to have"!
