Electrical Maintenance Technician - Power Station
Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Tech to join a major utility company that play a pivotal role in Ireland's journey towards a net-zero carbon future.
They have a requirement for a Maintenance Technician to engage in operations and maintenance tasks across all areas of the power station.
The role
- Permanent - full-time, onsite in central Dublin
- Base salary circa €45,000 + 33% shift allowance = €60,000 per year
- Shift rotation is 2 days, 2 nights, 2 evenings and then 3 days off.

Your day-to-day
- Your role will involve 1st and 2nd line maintenance and a lot of process focused work in the control room.
- 1st line maintenance could be general day-to-day maintenance tasks such as smoke alarms tests, filter testing and lubrication.
- 2nd line maintenance would involve attending and fixing outages and breakdowns as required.
What you need to succeed
- Essential: Craft qualification in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical field or relevant work experience
- Desirable: Experience in utility company or process/plant operations
