Your Role:

  • Be the go-to contact for customers, guiding them throughout their journey.
  • Develop measurable success plans to maximize ROI, helping to ensure satisfaction for their annual renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives, including C-Level, at some of the UK’s largest companies.
  • Monitor account performance, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure timely resolution.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales account management in Digital Marketing, SaaS, Software, or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage large, global, and strategic accounts.
  • Experience working with high-spend clients.
  • A consultative approach to sales and renewals.
