Credit Control Manager
Hybrid (3 days office – 2 days home) – Dublin 2
This opportunity is with a major Global Drinks company (Spirits), with a portfolio of leading brands. There base in Ireland is focused on HR, Finance and Marketing for the EMEA & APAC regions.
As a result of an internal promotion, we are recruiting a Credit Control Manager. The position is offered as permanent contact with a salary of €50,000 per year plus bonus, pension and private healthcare.
Core Purpose of the role:
Working within this busy team, the role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, including payment receipt, inventories, overdue invoices, and cash allocation, responding to and resolving internal/external customer queries. There will be 2 reports 1 AR and 1 AP.
Candidate Profile
• Must have a third level qualification in a related discipline
• At least 4+ years recent experience in a Credit Control role or within a similar role carrying out credit analysis
• Understanding of business processes and internal control environment
• Must have excellent administration and time management skills and be con?dent in communicating with customers
• Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong IT and ERP system (SAP preferable) knowledge is required
• Fluency in Spanish will be considered a significant advantage but not essential
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
