Technical Support Engineer - Automations Javascript|MySQL|Rest APIS
- Contract Length: 12 months with high likelihood for permanent conversion
- Salary: €40,000-€49,000 per year
- Location: Hybrid 3 days per week Dublin city center
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic, innovative enterprise IT team in a fast-growing enterprise platform that transforms how organizations manage digital workflows, streamlining IT services, operations, and employee experiences through intelligent automation.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert-level support for a leading ITSM platform
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud, database, and API environments
- Act as a customer advocate and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve support tools and processes
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in JavaScript debugging and MySQL
- Experience with web technologies and APIs: REST, SOAP, Postman
- Strong grasp of ITIL, ITSM, CMDB concepts
- Exposure to platforms like AWS, Azure, VMware, and tools like Wireshark and SCOM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is a plus
