- Location: Hybrid, Staines (2-3 days per week)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Events Producer to join a world-leading technology organisation within its internal production team. This role oversees the full life cycle of large-scale live events across EMEA and APAC, ensuring seamless, high-impact experiences for internal audiences.
You will plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple complex events each quarter, develop production strategies, scale operations into new markets, and strengthen internal processes, platforms, and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional who thrives in fast-paced corporate environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver multiple major events each quarter across EMEA and APAC.
- Lead event expansion into new global markets.
- Contribute to the development of internal production strategies and solutions.
- Identify service gaps and improve employee experience across all touchpoints.
- Align production outputs with corporate brand, messaging, and communications teams.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, contractors, and internal partnerships.
- Build and optimise cross-functional workflows and documentation.
- Support technology and platform evolution across global event functions.
