Compliance Manager – Global Tech

Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Regional Ethics & Compliance team, serving as the first point of contact for ethics and compliance matters across Europe and Israel. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and shape the ethical framework of one of the world’s most innovative companies.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £90,000 - £98,000 pa
  • Fully remote working within the UK.
  • Role will initially start on a 6-month contract.

  • Play a critical role in shaping compliance programs across Europe, Israel, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement ethics and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and other compliance-related policies.
  • Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to address compliance matters and provide strategic advice.
  • Conduct regional, country, and programmatic risk assessments, identifying and mitigating ethics and compliance risks.
  • Design and deliver engaging ethics and compliance training and communication initiatives to employees and higher-risk third parties.
  • Oversee business activity, recommend preventive and corrective actions, and promote an ethical culture across all levels.
  • Analyze third-party engagements for compliance risks, manage anti-corruption due diligence, and advise on mitigation measures.
  • Review compliance approval requests and escalate anti-corruption risks where necessary.

Your Background:

  • Understands and can assess risks across diverse business areas.
  • Experience dealing with audits, compliance, legal assessments.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing and triaging complex compliance issues.
  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in ethics, anti-corruption, and compliance practices.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a proactive problem solver who embraces challenges, and a relationship-builder who can navigate cross-functional dynamics with confidence and tact.
  • Additional language such as French, Arabic or Portuguese is a bonus.
