Billing Support Specialist EMEA

Principle have partnered with a global media company in Dublin and are currently looking to hire a Billing Support Specialist to work as part of an EMEA team.

If you are an ambitious, customer service focused billing professional who works well with both internal and external stakeholders this is an excellent opportunity. As a Billing Support Specialist you will be handling and resolving both internal and external billing escalations from across functional teams as well as customer support tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure positive customer experience through high quality service and communication.
  • Handle escalations to the Billing Engineering team, acting as an advocate for the customer.
  • Reproduce potential bugs and test customer use cases
  • Ensure SLA, IRT, and other KPIs are managed effectively and improved upon.

Your Background

  • 2 years + experience in a previous Payments, Billing or Support role.
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience supporting customers across EMEA
  • Detail oriented and ability to work on your own
