Principle is working with a Major Global Technology company who are now building out their Global Remote Support Teams and are looking for talented Technical Support professionals with strong Enterprise Application Support to come on board.

What should you have?
- Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting of Enterprise Web Applications.
- Experience writing or debugging Object Oriented code -Java/JavaScript preferred,
- Knowledge of web services- SOAP, REST
- Good background in RDB (SQL, Oracle)
- Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack and HTML Components
Nice to Have.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts along with some exposure to Cloud applications and support
- Good Platform Knowledge - ServiceNow(desired)- SaaS/ PaaS
