You’ll be joining a Tier 3 support team dealing with high-stakes issues that impact thousands of enterprise users. This is deep, diagnostic work — ideal for engineers who love root cause analysis, infrastructure tuning, and handling mission-critical escalations.
You’ll be solving problems like:
- Slow system performance and degraded response times
- Application logic bugs across Java and scripting layers
- Database query optimisation and tuning
- Infrastructure bottlenecks in a cloud-native setup
What you bring:
- 3- 4+ years’ experience in application support, infrastructure, or DevOps
- Deep knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Shell/Python scripting
- MySQL or Oracle DB tuning, explain plans, and indexing
- Unix/Linux admin + strong networking fundamentals
- A calm head, clear comms, and a knack for untangling complex systems
