Fantastic new role has become available for a social media savvy customer support professional with fluent Spanish. Within this role you will monitor feedback that has been shared about the product on the Apple App Store & Google Play Store – responding to customers in a timely & professional manner
Contract: 1 year contract - with a very strong chance of extension
Salary: €28,000 per annum
Languages: English & Spanish
Location: Hybrid in Citywest Dublin (you can work fully remotely for the next few months)
We are looking for...
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1 plus years experience of social media, support, marketing, or comms experience.
• Familiar with Apps such as Apple App Store / Google Play
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
