Workforce Planner / Headcount Planner
An exciting opportunity has just been created with one of the fastest-growing international tech media brands whose products and services are used by millions around the world.
Right now, they would like to appoint a Workforce Planner / Headcount planner to work as part of a small, friendly, and supportive Workforce Team that support headcount planning across EMEA and APAC regions.
This role sits between Finance and HR, and you will ultimately support the release of roles from creation to approval to the system live stage. The business is in the middle of building a workforce planning process and rolling out across all regions. The roles will be released and managed through their HRIS Workday.
The Offer
o This role offers an annual salary of circa £35K
o Right now, its work from home with a flexible return to the London or Maidenhead office early in 2022
o The role will commence as an 11-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent
o This is an opportunity to work on interesting global projects within workforce planning

§ Previous experience within a Workforce Planner / Headcount Planning role
§ Experience working on HR systems such as Workday, SAP or other
