We’re hiring an IT Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering Salesforce CRM implementations at scale. This role sits at the core of a major transformation programme focused on overhauling systems, processes, and data across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis workstream on a Salesforce CRM rollout
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements across multiple departments
- Map and optimise existing processes using Lean methodology
- Translate business needs into functional specs for dev teams
- Engage stakeholders, manage change, and support solution delivery
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce CRM in complex organisations
- Strong background in process analysis, optimisation, and documentation
- Skilled at working across business and technical teams
- Public sector experience preferred but not essential
