Vendor Management Analyst - Marketing Procurement Pillar.

12-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | London City

Salary Range £68,000 - £75,000 per year.

Join one of the world's most recognised global technology companies - a business that shapes how billions connect, communicate, and create.

We're seeking an experienced Vendor Management Analyst to support global marketing procurement operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end sourcing, vendor onboarding, and contract management within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

You'll play a key role within the Global Experience Vendor Management team, managing vendor operations and supporting marketing teams across multiple markets. This is an opportunity to work within a truly complex, international environment - one where you'll have daily interaction with stakeholders at every level, across regions, functions, and time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the key point of contact for marketing teams on sourcing and vendor-related processes.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions (PR/PO), and contract renewals in collaboration with Sourcing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Support business forecasting and reporting, ensuring accuracy in budgets and timely execution of POs and invoices.
  • Manage vendor and supplier data, tracking SLAs, compliance, and equipment transfers.
  • Assist with supplier QBRs and reallocation of budgets across projects.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong operational process mindset - highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Clear, concise communicator - comfortable engaging with stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures.
  • Fast learner - adaptable to changing systems, tools, and processes in a dynamic global environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience using CRM, PO management systems, or SAP.
  • Project management capability - able to track, coordinate, and deliver multiple workstreams efficiently.

Why This Role

This is not your typical sourcing role. You'll be embedded within a team that supports over 3,000 contingent workers and 60 global suppliers, with a front-row seat to marketing operations at scale. It's an opportunity to gain deep insight into how global campaigns are delivered, working in a culture known for collaboration, innovation, and pace.

If you thrive in complex environments, love structure and process, and can balance precision with partnership - this is the ideal next step.
