Training Designer
An exciting opportunity to join a global Travel & Booking platform as the Training Designer to support designing content for ongoing training needs on the Payments and Compliance team.
The Offer:
- Salary of £50,000 - £53,000 pa
- Remote or Hybrid – you pick, we are flexible.
- An initial 12 month contract with a strong chance of extension or perm.

The Role
- Work on projects to support development of job training for a variety of processes within the Payments Compliance department.
- Learn about the work of Payments Compliance to ensure the learning content you design is supporting the team to meet its regulatory obligations.
- Review feedback about training content and suggest improvements.
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years background in instructional design.
- Experience with creating task simulations - experience using Assima Train preferred.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Strong project management skills
