As a Training Coordinator on the Payments and AML team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our EMEA operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize training programs that empower our staff to navigate the complex landscape of payments and anti-money laundering regulations
The Offer
- An annual salary of £30k - £33k per year
- Fully remote working within the UK
- 12 month contract initially with a strong possibility of being extended
What you’ll do
- Accountable for scheduling and assigning training to Payments Compliance team members as well as stakeholders in wider teams within a global booking travel company.
- Support training through to completion, including follow up where necessary with stakeholders and leadership.
- Recommend training materials as part of the continuing education program.
Your background;
- At least 6 months in a training coordinating
- Organised with strong administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to share information clearly and concisely and to persuade learners and stakeholders.
- Experience using a Learning Management System preferred.
