Product Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract – Maternity Cover)

?London | Hybrid | £93,000 per year

Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for turning complex tech into compelling value propositions?

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract with a leading global fintech company that empowers small businesses through innovative payments, software, and financial services solutions.

This role will be based in London, working at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships to shape go-to-market strategies, enable commercial teams, and ensure messaging lands with impact in the UK market.

You’ll be someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can bring clarity to complexity, and knows how to turn insights into action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop competitive, customer-centric enablement materials to support Sales and Partnerships
  • Identify gaps in sales collateral and craft targeted content that drives commercial outcomes
  • Create and localise messaging frameworks for go-to-market launches and strategic partnerships
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to gather insights and reflect seller pain points in marketing assets
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts to support clear, differentiated positioning in the UK market
  • Own campaign and content performance metrics, driving data-informed improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • 8–10 years’ experience in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles
  • Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology environments
  • Experience navigating matrixed organisations and collaborating across global and local teams
  • Deep knowledge of the UK market with the ability to localise global strategies and messaging
  • Commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a bias for action
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience

If you’re ready to shape the narrative behind innovative financial tools and help drive business growth, we’d love to hear from you.
