Technical Support B2B SaaS
Interested in working with one of the best-known SaaS companies whose products are services are used by most Fortune 500 companies and whose constant tech evolution is changing how businesses engage.
Right now they are strengthening their B2B Technical Support team and would like to appoint an experienced Helpdesk/ Customer Technical Support Executive to help manage queries, tickets and requests from their clients all around the EMEA region.
What will your day look like
Working as a key member of the tech support team in Dublin you will effectively manage technical queries from clients' engineering & tech divisions in relation to the SaaS product
You will reroute those queries that need a little more expertise
You will help support new project and product launches
You will ensure client satisfaction is at the forefront of everything that you do
The Offer
This role will be based onsite in Dublin 2 - in state-of-the-art offices 2-3 days per week. You can work remotely the rest of the week
The role offers an annual salary of €49,000 per year
The role will begin initially as a 12-month contract with a good scope for becoming permanent
What you need to be considered
You need to have a background in Technical Support/ Helpdesk support in a B2B SaaS environment
You need to have experience working on a ticketing system
Excellent communication skills is a must - lots of team and client engagement
You must have the legal right to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
