Senior Engagement Project Manager - Global SaaS


* Location: London or Surrey office

We're looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex ServiceNow delivery projects end-to-end - on time, on budget, and with maximum customer value.
You'll be the driving force behind governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that every engagement delivers the outcomes our customers expect.

What You'll Do
* Lead Project Delivery: Own and drive large-scale ServiceNow engagements, often in partnership with leading service providers.
* Governance & Control: Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resourcing, reporting, and financials from start to finish.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customer teams to understand business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
* Methodology Expertise: Apply ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology and best practices to ensure delivery success and long-term customer adoption.
* Team Leadership: Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring clarity of tasks and accountability for results.
* Problem-Solving: Identify deviations from plan, propose corrective actions, and drive resolution.
* Mentorship: Guide partner or internal team members to ensure delivery quality and knowledge transfer.

What You'll Bring
* Proven ServiceNow Delivery Experience:
o Track record leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
o Solid understanding of the platform's workflows and capabilities.
* Professional Services Background:
8+ years in delivery leadership roles (Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, or equivalent).
* Business Transformation Expertise:
Experience managing workflow and process transformation projects.
* Client-Facing Leadership:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Delivery Discipline:
Skilled at managing budgets, risks, and dependencies in complex programmes.
* AI & Automation Mindset:
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve processes and decision-making.
