Technical Event Producer EMEA

An exciting role has become available with a global tech company whose products and services are used by 1000’s of multinationals around the world to manage their workforce.

 

The Role

As a Technical Event Producer, you will be responsible for producing high-profile and executive live events in the region – UK and EMEA. You will be managing end-to-end live productions and broadcasts to both internal and external audiences – in person & virtual events through leading platforms, such as Zoom, Facebook, ON24, or others.

 

You will work with vendors as needed to ensure proper production resources are onsite for all events

 

Your Profile

  • Experience producing live events in both an in-person and digital environment
  • Thorough understanding of technical event production, signal flow, production hardware, and software
  • Experience working with complex budgets in deadline-driven environments globally
  • Highly proficient and comfortable working within a Mac computing environment

 

And in Return

  • You will be offered an annual salary of £90-100K based on relevant experience
  • The role will begin as a 12-month contract – (PAYE so inside IR35)
  • This role will be predominately based in Surrey with travel to the central London office – 30% of travel will be required across the EMEA region (mainly Europe for short periods of time)
