Are you a commercially-minded partnerships professional with a strong track record in sourcing, closing, and scaling strategic partner relationships? We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead partner growth initiatives across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-end partner ownership: Source, sign, and manage high-impact partners across banking, telecoms, trade associations, third-party sales orgs, software vendors, and service providers.
Scale growth through partnerships: Expand the partner ecosystem and deliver new customer acquisition through smart, data-driven collaboration.
Deliver against key metrics: Own KPIs linked to ecosystem growth, partner-sourced revenue, and shared pipeline development.
Communicate product and brand value: Fully understand our offering and clearly convey its benefits to external partners.
Execute strategic initiatives: Lead everything from contract negotiations and project execution to partner training, co-marketing, and financial planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure partner success.
What You Bring:
5+ years’ experience in strategic business development, partnerships, or third-party sales.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and signing new partners.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities through a strategic, financial, and operational lens.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders, internally and externally.
Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and clear milestones.
Track record of delivering results in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
