Strategic Partner Manager - Software/Hardware
- Location: Hybrid Kings Cross 3 days per week
- Contract length: 12 months with potential to extend to 2 years
- Salary: £92,000-£101,000
We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partner Manager with strong experience in B2B partner operations and data analytics. You'll be responsible for building and managing partner programs that drive growth and efficiency across a high-profile tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute partner programs, tiering, and incentive models
- Lead cross-functional collaborations across analytics, finance, and operations
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau
- Provide actionable business insights through data analysis
- Support pricing, discount, and rebate strategies for hardware/software partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise environments, ideally within tech/hardware/software sectors
- Strong command of Salesforce is a must have, Excel, Google Sheets; Tableau a plus
- Proven experience in partner or sales operations
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive structure in a fast-changing environment
