Senior Project Manager Global Tech
Duration: 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a Global Technology company based in Dublin South. As a Project Manager you will be engaging with BPO providers / partners and managing an incubation marketing payment program and projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate & timely reporting across multiple functions & regions.
As a Senior Project Manager some of your responsibilities will be as follows:
- To manage project milestones and risks and calling out gaps as necessary
- To manage relationships and expectations of complex stakeholder landscape (Operations, finance, compliance, sales, marketing) to improve business efficiencies.
- To drive Global deployment and standardization of programs, while facilitating regional nuance to adhere to compliance and local business needs
- Data Analysis of existing fragmented operational processes and design a to-be process that aligns to global standard
- Support the transition of operational processes from an existing vendor group into the Incubation team
Background
- Solid background in Project Management with a focus on client management
- Experience working within or management of a BPO highly desirable
- Good problem solving, and analytical ability
- Experience in operations project manager roles
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to build a detailed project plan to include Time, Risks, Quality, Comms & Readiness
