This 11-month contract is for an experienced EMEA Payroll Analyst.


It is current remote and will in the next month move to a hybrid model with 3 days in their state-of-the-art offices in West Dublin.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Payroll prep/processing for several countries throughout the EMEA region.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and support the accounting function in preparing and reviewing payroll journal entries and associated month and quarter end activities.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers in the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in line with statutory requirements.
  • Preparing payroll payments & ensure payroll funding is in place
  • Reviewing preliminary payroll calculations from payroll vendors and advise of any amendments required
  • Research and resolve payroll related queries from employees and key stakeholders
  • Processing off-cycle payroll transactions as required
  • Reviewing and complete tax and other statutory payroll filings in partnership with external providers
  • Compiling key operational payroll metrics & dashboards.
  • Ensuring all payroll processes are documented and reviewed continually in line with SOX requirements.
  • Resolving tasks and queries on ad hoc basis.



Required Experience:

  • 5 years Payroll experience - ideally in an EMEA environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Significant analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must
