Payroll Specialist - EMEA
Fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional with an outstanding employer, a global company that is consistently rated among the Top 10 places to work, not only in Ireland but across the World. I will need you to be highly experienced with Payroll operation for Ireland, UK and other European countries with a Minimum 6-8 years’ extensive experience is required as a Payroll Analyst/Senior Payroll Analyst in a multi-national company with busy payroll. This is not an entry level/junior position.
The Offer
- This payroll position offers an annual salary of €75,000 per year
- This 11-month contract has the possibility of becoming perm after 11 months.
- It is currently Hybrid, max of 2 days a week in the office if at all.
- You will be working as part of a global friendly, dynamic and collaborative payroll team
An overview of your role:
- Process European Monthly/Ad-Hoc payrolls including Shadow Payroll for international assignees in an outsorce arrangement in a timely manner and exude a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly payroll data input including new hires, leavers, pay changes, benefits in kind calculations, various monthly & ad-hoc payments/deductions, employee data changes and all other payroll transactions.
Your Profile:
- A solid background in Payroll – ideally in an EMEA environment.
- You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements. ADP and Workday experience would be great but not essential.
