Senior Integrated Marketing Project Manager
- 12 - 15 month Contract (London EC1 , Hybrid -3 days office)
- Salary range up to £82,500 per annum.
We're partnering with a leading global SaaS organisation that's transforming how the world's biggest companies run. Their EMEA Strategic Delivery Office is looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to join on a contract basis until the end of the year.

What you'll do:
- Own full delivery of integrated B2B marketing programmes from planning to close.
- Build and manage detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, and status updates.
- Partner with regional marketing stakeholders to launch and track multi-market campaigns.
- Run programme status meetings, resolve issues, and maintain action plans.
- Manage scope, assess risks, and keep projects moving on time.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional and virtual teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent execution.
- Audit completed programmes to recommend and implement improvements.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing with proven track record managing complex projects.
- Background in multi-national corporate environments (agency experience a plus).
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Ability to map and improve business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive and highly organised.
- Skilled in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Workfront, Smartsheet, GSuite, Slack).
- A confident, deadline-driven team player who can flex across varied time zones.
