Senior Human Resource Consultant/Lead – HR Transformation/Change Management
Dublin City base.
12 Month Contract.
Salary range: €120,000 to €130,000
Our client is a leading consultancy firm with 40 years of global experience specializing in project development and implementation. With a proven track record, they guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes. They excel in crafting and executing strategic plans.
To support one of their largest contracts, we are recruiting a Senior Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in delivering complex HR projects.
Experience as follows:
• Workforce planning, designing new organizations. 24/7 environment.
• Large Organization, 4500 staff
• Organizational Transformation, moving from old structures to new, Change Management.
• Communication programs, to engage staff in the reality of the new environment.
• Knowledgeable regarding the challenges of moving staff.
• Staffing training concepts.
• HR documentation.
Ideal background:
A Senior HR leader with 10+ years’ experience.
Background in the Private or Public sector is essential.
Strategic HR background.
Ability to work in a standalone role.
Excellent soft skills.
Experience delivering large scale projects in a start-up phase is helpful.
The offer:
Salary is negotiable but we are working in a range above €120,000, the end figure will reflect the successful candidate's experience and skills.
